Aims and Scope

Aims:

The basic and main goal of the scientific publication of the Quarterly Journal of Military Psychology is to create a platform and intellectual environment to share the latest scientific and research achievements (fundamental, developmental and applied) of professors, students and researchers in the fields and five dimensions of war (cold, hard, semi-hard, soft, cognitive) by observing the two principles of theoretical-technical knowledge production and moving on the border of knowledge and focusing on solving a key problem at the international, national, regional or institutional-organizational level.

enriching the productions of military psychology; creating a network of elites and experts in the fields and dimensions of military psychology and the five dimensions of war, especially the fifth dimension, which is cognitive warfare, among the authors of the journal articles; honoring studies and research in the Islamic-Iranian culture and environment of the country; problem-oriented researches are among other goals of the journal.

Therefore, the priority axes of the publication are:

  • Educational psychology of short-term and long-term courses of military empowerment.
  • Future research of future generations for how to interact and communicate with them.
  • Monitoring the four pillars of the defense preparation course in schools; Student, teacher, instructional package, and structures and processes.
  • Cognitive functions of the future generations of the Islamic Revolution (students).
  • Empowering interventions in the face of cognitive warfare.
  • Cognitive warfare and the family.
  • Cognitive warfare and the media.
  • Cognitive warfare and school.
  • Metaverse and psychopathology.
  • Metaverse and religious, revolutionary and national identity.
  • Psychological study in military target groups.

 

Scope:

The Scientific Journal of Military Psychology seeks to achieve the following vision during its activity as a prestigious scientific journal of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology:

Playing an effective role is to direct basic, developmental and applied researches in the five dimensions of war and also the production of theoretical and technical knowledge in order to solve the problems and challenges faced by military institutions in the domestic and foreign space of the country. In this way, it can provide the necessary scientific background for the trustees, policy makers and officials of the sovereign and national institutions in order to identify, select and implement the policies, solutions and programs related to the consolidation and moral excellence of the military institutions.
