Abstract

Introduction & Objective: Empathy and cognitive flexibility of a woman have a special importance due to special conditions and special stresses. ﭘﮋ and ﺣﺎﺿﺮ with the aim of providing mind-based education on empathy and cognitive flexibility of women with veteran spouses.
Method: The study testifies to the semi-test ﺑﺎ pre-test-post-test.. ﻣﺎ Yes, a woman with a height of 25 ﺗﺎ 40 in Tehran in 1396. A total of 24 women were selected from the pain sampling method and were randomly assigned to both's test (12%) and control (12%). Then با Batson's Empathy Traits Questionnaire (1983) and Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire (2010) ﭘﺎﺳﺦ. ﮔﺮ وه آذﻣﺎﯾﺶ ، ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 8 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ و ﻫﺮ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ, ﺗﺤﺖ Education based on mindfulness as a form
