Examining the model of organizational climate, psychological capital and psychological well-being Veteran and self-sacrificer of Shiraz city

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being. Method: The current research was descriptive research and correlation design and structural equation analysis. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the veteran and self-sacrificing employees of Shiraz city in 1401-1402, out of which 200 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. In order to collect data, Riff's psychological well-being questionnaires, Hoplin's and Kraft's organizational climate questionnaires, and Lutans et al.'s psychological capital questionnaires were used. Cronbach's alpha was used to check reliability. Pearson's correlation coefficient and structural equation analysis methods were used to analyze the data. Findings: The findings showed the direct effect of psychological capital on psychological well-being. Also, the findings showed the direct and indirect effect of organizational climate on psychological well-being. Conclusion: In general, it can be concluded that psychological capital is an important variable in examining the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being.
