عوامل خانوادگی دخیل در سلامت خانواده‌های نظامی: مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت شناسایی عوامل خانوادگی موثر بر سلامت خانواده‌های نظامی این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی عوامل خانوادگی دخیل در سلامت خانواده‌ نظامی مبتنی بر بافت فرهنگی و اجتماعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی و در حیطه پژوهش کیفی بود که با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد انجام شد. بدین منظور 18 شرکت-کننده به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق در طول یک دوره 12 ماهه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها جمع‌آوری، ثبت و سپس کدگذاری انجام شد و در قالب مقوله‌های اصلی،دسته بندی شدند. نتایج: تحلیل مصاحبه شرکت‌کنندگان به شناسایی 327 کد اولیه، 12 زیر مقوله و 3 مقوله اصلی شامل بسترهای زوجی، بسترهای والدگری و بسترهای ساختاری منجر شد. بحث: بر این اساس در سلامت خانواده عوامل مختلف زوجی، والدینی و ساختاری همچون قدردانی، صمیمیت، حمایت متقابل، توافق، مشارکت و همکاری، نظارت، هماهنگی، خانواده‌گرایی وحل تعارض‌ها نقش دارند. این عوامل در سلامت خانواده نقش بسیار مهمی ایفا می-کنند، بنابراین لزوم توجه بیشتر بافت فرهنگی- اجتماعی در پرداختن به سلامت خانواده‌های نظامی اهمیت اساسی دارد.
