مقایسه اثربخشی دو روش درمانی پذیرش/تعهد و روش رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی بر نافرمانی مقابله‌ای در یک بیمارستان نظامی

چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از رایج‌ترین اختلالات روان‌پزشکی در میان کودکان پیش‌دبستانی اختلالات رفتاری ایذایی هستند که عمدتاً شامل اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای می‌باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه‌‌ تأثیر روش درمانی پذیرش/تعهد و روش درمانی دیالکتیکی بر روی کودکان دارای نافرمانی مقابله‌ای است. روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع کارآزمایی بود. تعداد 30 کودک 7 تا 12ساله مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای مراجعه کننده به یک بیمارستان نظامی با تشخیص روان‌پزشک اطفال انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شده و هر یک از گروه‌ها تحت 8جلسه‌ هفتگی دو ساعته درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش/تعهد و رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی قرار گرفتند. والدین کودکان یک بار قبل و یک بار بعد از ارائه‌ متغیر مستقل پرسش نامه علائم مرضی کودکان را تکمیل کردند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون T همبسته و تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که هر دو درمان تعهد/پذیرش و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکی به طرز معناداری در سطح 0/001 در درمان اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای مؤثر هستند (0/001>P) و بین درمان‌ها تفاوت معناداری به لحاظ اثربخشی وجود نداشت (0/357
