طراحی و تدوین الگوی مدیریت اینرسی در ایثارگران اداراه ورزش و جوانان و تأثیر آن بر سرمایه روان شناختی

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف طراحی و تدوین الگوی مدیریت اینرسی در ایثارگران اداره ورزش و جوانان و تاثیر آن بر سرمایه روان شناختی انجام شد. روش این پژوهش بصورت آمیخته (ترکیبی) کیفی و کمی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی خبرگان حوزه ورزش و تربیت بدنی در بخش کیفی و کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان در بخش کمی به تعداد 901 نفر در سال 1399 بود. با توجه به آمیخته بودن روش تحقیق در بخش کیفی از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی و در بخش کمی از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای استفاده شد. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های مورد نیاز از پرسشنامه مدیریت اینرسی که پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته بوده و دارای 5 مؤلفه و 33 شاخص در طیف پنج درجه ای لیکرت بود و پرسشنامه سرمایه روان شناختی لوتانز و همکاران استفاده شد. داده ها از طریق معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد مدیریت اینرس در ایثارگران وزارت ورزش و جوانان دارای 5 مؤلفه بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد مدل پژوهش از برازش کامل برخوردار بود. نتایج نشان داد اینرسی تجربه، اینرسی عملی، اینرسی بینشی، اینرسی روانشناختی و اینرسی یادگیری، بترتیب مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های مربوط به مدیریت اینرسی بود. همچنین نتایج حاکی از تاثیر معنادار تمام ابعاد اینرسی بر سرمایه روان شناختی بود. بر اساس یافته های حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نتیجه گیری می شود که برای طراحی و تدوین الگوی مدیریت اینرسی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان می توان از نظرات خبرگان حوزه ورزش و تربیت بدنی و کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

This study was conducted with the aim of designing and developing an inertia management model in the Ministry of Sports and Youth Sacrificers and its effect on Psychological Capital. The method of this research was qualitative and quantitative. The statistical population included all experts in the field of sports and physical education in the qualitative sector and the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in the quantitative sector in the number of 901 people in 2020. Due to the combination of the research method in the qualitative part, the purposeful sampling method and snowballs were used and in the quantitative part, the cluster random sampling method was used. Inertia management questionnaire was used to collect the required data that was researcher-made and had 5 components and 33 indicators in the five-point Likert scale and Lutans et al.'s psychological capital questionnaire. Data were analyzed by structural equations using SPSS22 and PLS3 software. The results showed that inert management in the Ministry of Sports and Youth had 5 components. The results also showed that the research model had a perfect fit. On the other hand, the results showed that experience inertia, practical inertia, insight inertia, psychological inertia and learning inertia were the most important components of inertia management, respectively. Also, the results indicated a significant effect of all dimensions of inertia on psychological capital.
