ساخت و اعتبار یابی آزمون هوش هیجانی دانشجویان پلیس دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین

چکیده

مقدمه: امروزه پلیس علاوه بر داشتن دانش و مهارت های تخصصی و عملی، نیاز به توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر، خودکنترلی در مقابل فشارها و استرس های شغلی دارد که همگی آن برگرفته از هوش هیجانی است. این پژوهش با هدف طراحی و ساخت ابزار هوش هیجانی پلیس انجام گردیده است. روش: این پژوهش از نوع آمیخته ( ترکیبی) اکتشافی است که در دو بخش انجام شده است. بخش اول شامل 9 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه علوم انتظامی که 7 نفر آنها مذکر و 2 نفر مونث بود و در بخش دوم که شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین اعم از دختر و پسر، به تعداد 206 نفر و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند بخش اول از طریق جلسه گروه کانونی تشکیل و با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از مرحله اول، گویه های ابزار تدوین و فرایند روان سنجی آن شامل تعیین روایی صوری،روایی محتوی، روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عامل تاییدی و تعیین پایایی ابزار انجام شد. نتایج آزمون: در تحلیل داده ها، خرده مؤلفه‌های هوش هیجانی در دو بعد ارتباط موثر وحسن سلوک شناسایی شدند؛ ارتباط موثر: حاوی 6 مضمون فرعی واقعیت سنجی، هوشیاری اجتماعی، استقلال، ابراز هیجان، حل مسئله، جرات ورزی؛ و حسن سلوک: حاوی 6 مضمون فرعی خودآگاهی و خود کنترلی، خود انگیزی، تعهد، کنترل تکانه و مدیریت استرس بود. نتیجه گیری: این ابزار از معیارهای روان سنجی مناسب برای ارزیابی هوش هیجانی پلیس است لذا می تواند ارزیابی هوش هیجانی پلیس در دانشگاه پلیس مورد استفاده قرار گیرد .

Introduction: Today, in addition to having specialized and practical knowledge and skills, the police need the ability to communicate effectively, self-control in the face of job pressures and stresses, all of which are derived from emotional intelligence. This research was carried out with the aim of designing and building a police emotional intelligence tool. Method: This research is a mixed (combined) exploratory research that was conducted in two parts. The first part included 9 professors of the University of Law Enforcement Sciences, 7 of whom were male and 2 women, and in the second part, which included the students of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences, both male and female, 206 people were selected by simple random sampling. The first part was formed through a focus group meeting and using the results of the first stage, the items of the instrument were compiled and its psychometric process including the determination of face validity, content validity, construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis and determining the reliability of the instrument was carried out. Test results: In the data analysis, the sub-components of emotional intelligence were identified in the two dimensions of effective communication and good behavior; Effective communication: it contained 6 sub-themes and good manners also contained 6 sub-themes. Conclusion: This tool is one of the suitable psychometric criteria for evaluating the emotional intelligence of the police, so it can be used to evaluate the emotional intelligence of the police in the police university.
