نقش تاب‌آوری، خودکارآمدی و خوش‌بینی در پیش‌بینی امید و انگیزه پرسنل مرد کلانتری‌های شهر تبریز

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر پیش‌بینی امید و انگیزه کارکنان مرد کلانتری بر اساس تاب‌آوری، خودکارآمدی و خوش‌بینی بود. در این پژوهش همبستگی از نوع رگرسیون ، جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان مرد کلانتری‌های شهر تبریز بود که در سال 1402 درحال‌خدمت بودند و 160نفر به روش خوشه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند و به ابزارهای تاب‌آوری کانر و دیویدسون (2003)، مقیاس خودکارآمدی شرر و همکاران (1983)، امیدواری اشنایدر (1991)، انگیزه لورنس و جردن (2009) و پرسش‌نامه خوش‌بینی شییر و کارور (1985) پاسخ دادند. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار 21 SPSS- و روش پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین تاب‌آوری، خودکارآمدی و خوش‌بینی با امید و انگیزه کارکنان با رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین تاب‌آوری و خوش‌بینی قادر به پیش‌بینی امیدواری و انگیزه در بین کارکنان کلانتری‌های شهر تبریز هستند (01/0P<). بر این اساس، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که متغیرهایی روانشناختی از جمله تاب‌آوری، خودکارآمدی و خوش‌بینی با امید و انگیزه کارکنان کلانتری‌ها رابطه دارند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to predict the hope and motivation of male police station employees based on resilience, self-efficacy and optimism. In this regression correlational study, the statistical population was male employees of police stations in Tabriz who were serving in 2022-2023 and 160 people were selected by random cluster sampling and responded to Conner & Davidson resilience tools (2009), Sherer and Maddux self-efficacy scale (1982), Snyder hope (1991), Lawrence & Jordan motivation (2009) and Scheier & Carver optimism questionnaire (1985). Data were analyzed using SPSS-21 With pearson and regression. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between resilience, self-efficacy and optimism with hope and motivation of employees. Also, resilience and optimism can predict hope and motivation among police stations staff in Tabriz (P<0.01). Accordingly, It can be concluded that psychological variables such as resilience, self-efficacy and optimism have relationship with motivation and hope of police station employees.
