تاثیر معنویت درمانی مبتنی برخودآگاهی بر سرزندگی تحصیلی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دبیرستان های شاهد

چکیده

مقدمه: سرزندگی تحصیلی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی از جمله متغیرهای موثر برسلامت روان و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان و دانشجویان هستند که طی سال های اخیر، توجه صاحبنظران حوزه های آموزشی و پژوهشی را به خود جلب نموده اند و پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر معنویت درمانی مبتنی برخودآگاهی بر سرزندگی تحصیلی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دبیرستان های شاهد شهر اهواز انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با استفاده از طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دبیرستان های شاهد شهر اهواز بود که 36 نفر از آنان به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در گروه های آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها، از مقیاس ارزیابی سرزندگی تحصیلی (دهقانی زاده و چاری، 1391) و پرسش نامه تاب آوری تحصیلی (ساموئلز، 2004) استفاده شد. نتایج: تحلیل یافته‌های به دست آمده با روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مختلط نشان داد که در مرحله پس آزمون گروه آزمایش، در نمرات سرزندگی تحصیلی و تاب‌آوری تحصیلی افزایش معناداری نسبت به گروه کنترل وجود داشته است و این افزایش در مرحله پیگیری پایدار ماند. بحث: بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش، استفاده از روش آموزش معنویت درمانی مبتنی برخودآگاهی به منظور افزایش سرزندگی تحصیلی و تاب‌آوری دانش‌آموزان توصیه می‌شود.

Introduction: academic vitality and academic resilience are important variables that affect the mental health and academic achievement of students, these two variables attracted the attention of experts in the fields of education and research in recent years. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of spiritual therapy based on self-awareness on the academic buoyancy and academic resilience of Shahed high school students in Ahvaz.
Method: The research method was quasi-experimental; a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the research included all the students of Shahed high schools in Ahvaz city, 36 of them were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling method and randomly replaced in two experimental and control groups. To collect data, the academic buoyancy assessment scale (Hossein Chari and Dehghanizadeh, 2013) and Samuels (2004) academic resilience questionnaire (ARQ) were used.
Results: The analysis of the obtained findings by statistical method of mixed analysis of variance showed that in the post-test phase of the experimental group, there was a significant increase in the scores of academic buoyancy and resilience compared to the control group.
Discussion: Based on the findings of this research, it is recommended to use of spiritual therapy based on awareness in order to increase the academic buoyancy and resilience of students.
